Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program, designed by a
specialty-trained vestibular physical therapist, to improve balance and reduce
problems related to dizziness. Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form
of therapy intended to alleviate both the primary and secondary problems caused
by vestibular disorders.

Do vestibular rehabilitation exercises
work?
Evidence has shown that vestibular
rehabilitation can be effective in improving symptoms related to
many vestibular (inner ear/balance) disorders. People
with vestibular disorders often experience problems with
vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbance, and/or imbalance.
